| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年2型糖尿病采用消渴丸治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因。方法：对21例服用消渴丸发生低血糖的老年2型糖尿病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：服药后未进食发生例最多,为8例,占38.09%,为主要诱因;低血糖有效平稳控制时间为（5.10±1.25）d。所有病例经及时正确处理未留后遗症。结论：为了避免老年2型糖尿病治疗过程中发生低血糖,以预防为主。

| Abstract: | Objective：Type 2 diabetes mellitus uses in the Xiaoke Wan treatment the hypoglycemia to have the reason.Methods：Takes Xiaoke wan to 21 cases to have hypoglycemia＇s Type 2 diabetes the mellitus patient clinical material to carry on the review analysis.Results：After taking medicine,has not eaten food to have the example to be most,is 8 cases,accounts for 38.09%,is the main cause;Hypoglycemia effective trim control time for（5.10±1.25）day.All cases have not kept the sequela after prompt correct processing.Conclusions：In order to avoid Type 2 diabetes in the mellitus course of treatment having the hypoglycemia,prevents primarily. |
