专职护士对持续性不卧床腹膜透析患者生活质量的影响

目的：观察专职护士对持续性不卧床腹膜透析（CAPD）患者生存质量的影响。方法：以方便抽样方法将68例患者分为实验组和对照组各34例。对照组采用传统的护理方法,随班的变动由责任护士随机实施,未进行系统的健康教育。实验组由专职腹膜透析护士负责进行规范化培训和定期随访、电话访问、健康教育等护理干预。结果：观察反映患者生活质量的各项指标,如透析医嘱依从性、营养状况、腹腔感染率、生活行为调节、情绪稳定性等均有改善。结论：通过专职护士的护理干预明显地降低了腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的发生率,可显著提高腹膜透析患者的生存质量。

Influence of Professional Nurse on the Life Quality of CAPD Patients

Objective：This study focuses on the influence imposed by professional nurses on the life quality of CAPD patients. Methods：In convenience,68 patients were sampled and divided into control group and experimental group.In the control group traditional nursing method was taken by the nurses on duty and no systematic health education was given to the patients.On the contrary,in the experimental group all the nursing care was given to the patients by the professional CAPD nurses who also conducted the regular follow-up,telephone access and health education. Results：Through the comparison of indicators of patients＇ life quality,such as compliance with doctor＇s advice,nutritional status,infection rate of abdominal cavity,emotional stability,etc,we can find that the recovery of the patients in experimental group was far better than the patients in control group. Conclusions：It was concluded that the peritonitis rate in CAPD patients can decrease remarkably by imposing nursing intervention via professional nurses and the life quality of the CAPD patients also can be raised notably.
