| 摘 要： | 笔者报道关节镜下应用改良张力带治疗髌骨骨折患者47例的手术配合,总结此类手术配合要点在于:手术室护士要把关节镜手术和髌骨骨折切开内固定手术的配合方法有机结合起来,在物品准备、术中配合方面综合考虑,根据手术过程灵活应变,随时调整以配合术式变化。提出科学技术的发展要求手术室护理人员必须不断学习更新知识,才能较好地完成手术期护理工作任务。

| Abstract: | The authors reported nursing cooperation of 47 patients with patella fracture undergoing arthroscopy who were treated with improved tension band, and summarized nursing key points of this kind of operation. Nurses in operation room should combine arthroscopy operation with open and internal fixation of patella fracture organically, consider the preparation of operation and operative cooperation comprehensively, and adjust to operation at any time according to the flexible change during operation procedure. The paper argued the development of science and technology required that nurses in operation room should keep on learning new knowledge so as to fulfill nursing during operation successfully. |
