| 摘 要： | 目的 通过组织多普勒技术来评价妊娠期糖尿病胎儿心肌的收缩及舒张功能。
方法 妊娠期糖尿病者52例（血糖控制良好组29例，不良组23例），正常对照组132例。使用组织多普勒功能研究胎儿二、三尖瓣环的运动速度来反映心肌功能。
结果 妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制良好与不良组胎儿心肌舒张功能均有损害，控制不良组心肌收缩功能有损害，而控制良好组心肌收缩功能基本正常。
结论 组织多普勒技术为我们研究妊娠期糖尿病等病理妊娠情况下胎儿心肌功能提出了一个新的方向及方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the myocardial systolic and diastolic function of fetal heart of gestational diabetes mellitus by tissue Doppler image and to find the effect of blood sugar level on myocardial function of fetal heart. Methods There are 52 cases gestational diabetes mellitus including 23 cases blood sugar were control well and 29 bad. Normal controls 132 cases. Study the velocity of mitral and tricuspid annulus by tissue Doppler Image to reflect the myocardial function. Results The diastolic function of groups of blood sugar was control well and bad, both are abnormal. The systolic function of control bad is damaged and the well group is normal. Conclusions It is a new direction and method to study the myocardial function of fetal heart of abnormal gestation including gestational diabetes mellitus. |
