上海市闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况

目的了解上海市闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况，为卫生管理提供依据。方法对上海市闵行区3家大型超市、3家大型宾馆的集中空调送风口和送风管内84个检测点分别进行采样与检测。结果送风口共检测42份样本，细菌总数总合格率为61．9％，其中超市合格率为58．3％，宾馆为66．7％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；真菌总数合格率为71．4％，其中超市合格率为87．5％，宾馆为50．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。送风管内共检测42份样本，细菌总数合格率为95．2％，其中超市合格率为100．0％，宾馆为88．9％；真菌总数合格率为92．9％其中超市合格率为87．5％。宾馆为100．0％，两者差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论该区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定微生物污染，应定期清洗消毒，加强卫生管理。
