上海市闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况

摘    要:目的了解上海市闵行区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法对上海市闵行区3家大型超市、3家大型宾馆的集中空调送风口和送风管内84个检测点分别进行采样与检测。结果送风口共检测42份样本,细菌总数总合格率为61.9%,其中超市合格率为58.3%,宾馆为66.7%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);真菌总数合格率为71.4%,其中超市合格率为87.5%,宾馆为50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。送风管内共检测42份样本,细菌总数合格率为95.2%,其中超市合格率为100.0%,宾馆为88.9%;真菌总数合格率为92.9%其中超市合格率为87.5%。宾馆为100.0%,两者差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论该区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定微生物污染,应定期清洗消毒,加强卫生管理。
