脑梗死后继发的早期癫痫的相关因素及护理

目的:探讨脑梗死后继发的早期癫痫的相关因素及护理措施。方法:通过对92例病人的意识状态,发病年龄、癫痫发作类型、梗死部位及体温变化等进行分析。结果:脑梗死后继发的早期癫痫的病情和发生率随着年龄的增大、动脉硬化程度的加重、脑梗死病情及合并症的严重性而加重、上升。癫痫的发生多继发于脑叶梗死的病人。结论:在脑梗死病情及合并症得到有效地控制后,癫痫亦能得到有效地控制,护理上应针对产生早期癫痫的相关因素采取积极的防治措施。

The Associated Factors and Nursing for Early Epilepsy FollowingCerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the associated factors and nursingmeasures for early epilepsy following cerebral infarction(CI).Methods To analyze ninety-two early epilepsy patients following CI about theironset of illness age,epileptic type,infarction locus and therapy efficacy.Results Early epilepsy patients after CI patient's condition and incidenceis associated with age,as well severity of CI and complication.Conclusion Epilepsy can be effectively controlled after the condition and complication of CI had been well controlled.The keys of clinical nursingmainly rested on the positive and effective measures for the associatedfactors of early epilepsy.
