正常妊娠孕妇分娩前检测血小板参数和凝血指标的临床意义

摘    要:目的观察正常妊娠孕妇分娩前检测血小板参数和凝血指标的变化。方法检测50例正常妊娠孕妇(观察组)分娩前血小板参数和凝血指标,并与50例正常的非孕妇女(对照组)的对应指标进行了临床对比分析。结观察组血小板计数和血小板压积降低,血浆凝血酶原时间和活化部分凝血活酶时间缩短,血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显升高,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);而平均血小板体积、血小板体积分布宽度和凝血酶时间2组间比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正常妊娠孕妇分娩前机体处于高凝状态,产前血小板和凝血指标检测对临床预防产科的并发症和合并症非常必要。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of platelet parameters and coagulation indexes of normal pregnant women before delivery. Methods The platelet parameters and coagulation indexes were detected on 50 cases of normal pregnant women ( observation group) before delivery and compared with 50 cases of normal non-pregnant woman( control group).Results Compared with the control group,platelet count( PC) and thrombocytocrit reduced,plasma prothrombin time ( PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time ( APTT) shortened,plasma fibrinogen ( Fib) content significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01) ; The mean platelet volume ( MPV) ,platelet distribution width ( PDW) and throm-bin time ( TT) showed no statistical significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion There is a hypercoagulable state in ante partum normal pregnant women,and it is necessary to detect platelet parameters and coagulation indexes before delivery for the prevention of obstetric complications.
