| 摘 要： | 总结了小剂量Ara-C对64例急性白血病和23例骨髓增生异常综合征,即MDS(RAEB或RAEBT)的疗效。完全缓解率32.2％,有效率54％。对疗效与年龄、性别、初复治、治疗前血象与骨髓象,完全缓解后强化治疗等因素的关系做了分析。LD-Ara-C疗法简易、安全,副作用轻微,多数病人能耐受,但有10例发生骨髓抑制,其中4例死亡。

| Abstract: | The results of treatment of acute leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome in 87 cases with low dosage of cytosine arabinoside were presented. Of 87 cases, there was complete remission in 32.2%, and the total effective rate was 54%. Correlation between the sex, age of patients, prctre-atment, initial blood and bone marrow pictures, post-remission consolidation therapy and effectiveness of the therapy was analysed. Low dosage cytosine arabinoside therapy is a simple and safe procedure. Its side effects are mild, it can be tolerated by most patients. Bone marrow suppression occurred in 10 cases, in which 4 cases died. |
