| Abstract: | Objective:To study the best extraction process of Eguichuan injection; Methods:To use the orthogonal design table which contains 4 factors and 3 levels and to use ferulic acid as the index of evaluation; Results:The infection order of each factor was C>A>D>B, and the level of each factor was A 3B 1C 1D 1. Conclusion:To extract 3 times with 10 folds water of pH7 and each time lasted 30 minutes. |
