高血压患者社区综合护理效果观察

目的制订高血压患者护理干预措施，探讨社区护理对高血压患者康复的影响。方法选择社区内确诊的高血压患者61例，建立个人健康档案，给予健康教育，包括饮食、运动、心理指导、药物治疗及定期血压监测等干预措施，比较干预措施前后患者遵医行为、血压控制情况。结果社区护理行为干预后，高血压患者规律服药、饮食控制、定期血压监测和运动疗法等遵医行为人数较干预前明显增多，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．005或P〈0．01）。结论对高血压患者采用社区护理行为干预，效果良好。

Observation on efficacy of community comprehensive nursing for hypertension patients

Objective To formulate the nursing intervention measures for hypertension patients and to explore the efficacy of community comprehensive nursing in rehabilitation of hypertension patients. Methods Sixty one hypertension patients diagnosed in community were selected for study, the individual health files were established, and health education including diet, exercise, psychoguidanee, drug treatment and regular monitoring of blood pressure were supplied. The behavior of compliance with medical treatment and control marks of blood pressure before interven- tional study were compared with postintervention study. Results The hypertension patients willing to follow medical treatment including regular physical examination, diet control action, regular monitoring of blood pressure and exercise therapy and so on were obviously increased. The differences had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 005 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of community comprehensive nursing intervention applied to hypertension patients is satisfactory.
