32例不典型肺结核的误诊分析

目的分析32例不典型肺结核X片及CT误诊的原因，提高其诊断水平。方法32例均摄胸部正、侧X片，其中27例同时行胸部增强CT，其结果与最后诊断结果对照，分析误诊原因。结果32例不典型肺结核中，胸部X片及CT误诊为肺癌10例，错构瘤1例、炎性假瘤1例、肺炎、肺脓肿20例；误诊病例中呈结节及肿块病灶9例，厚壁空洞4例，肺段、肺叶阴影19例。结论不典型部位肺结核易误诊，过重强调肺结核的好发部位与年龄、病史不全面、经验不足是造成误诊的主要原因。

Analyzing on Misdiagnosia of 32 Patients with Atypical Pulmonary Tuberculosis
