摘    要:目的 : 观察膳食锌缺乏对生长期大鼠外周血淋巴细胞表型及 Th1 /Th2 (Th,辅助 T细胞 )平衡的影响。方法 : 通过喂食锌含量不同的饲料 ,构建生长期缺锌大鼠模型 ;淋巴细胞表型检测采用双色免疫荧光流式细胞术分析。结果 : 与锌充足组 (ZA)和配饲组 (PF)相比 ,缺锌组(ZD)大鼠外周血淋巴细胞中 CD8+细胞 (细胞毒性 T细胞 )明显增多 ,而 CD4+细胞 (辅助 T细胞 )和 CD45 RA+细胞 (纯的 B淋巴细胞 )显著减少。而且锌缺乏选择性地使 Th1 (CD45 RC+CD4+)细胞减少 ,而 Th2 (CD45 RC- CD4+)细胞不减少。补锌后上述改变可得到恢复。结论 : 膳食锌缺乏导致淋巴细胞表型分布改变和 Th1 /Th2的平衡破坏 ,但这些改变是可逆性的

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of zinc deficiency on peripheral blood lymphocyte phenotypic distribution and the balance between Th1 and Th2 cells in growing rats. Methods: Two-color cytofluorometric analysis was used. Results: Compared with zinc adequate (ZA) and paired-fed (PF) groups, peripheral blood lymphocytes in zinc deficient (ZD) rats had higher percentage of CD8+ cells (cytolytic T cells), lower percentage of CD4+ cells (T helper cells) and lower percentage of CD45RA+ cells (pure B lymphocytes).In addition, zinc deficiency selectively caused reduction of Th1-like CD45RC+CD4+ cells , but Th2-like CD45RC-CD4+cells had no significant changes in weanling rats. Zinc supplementation could reverse these changes. Conclusion: Dietary zinc deficiency leads to changes of lymphocyte phenotypic distribution and the imbalance of Th1 and Th2 subsets. These changes are reversible.
