| 摘 要： | 目的观察西妥昔单抗联合化疗在治疗大肠癌肝转移中的疗效。方法8例失去手术机会或不愿手术的大肠癌肝转移患者,应用西妥昔单抗(cetuxim ab)联合化疗,以治疗后肝脏CT、肿瘤标记物评价疗效。结果8例全部按计划完成治疗,西妥昔单抗联合化疗近期有效率为62%,肝转移灶有不同程度的缩小或消失,其中肝转移灶完全消失(CR)1例,缩小(PR)6例,稳定(SD)1例,增大(PD)0例,所有病例肿瘤标记物均有不同程度下降。结论西妥昔单抗联合化疗能提高大肠癌肝转移化疗的疗效。
