经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的临床应用

目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除的可行性及临床应用价值。方法对30例需子宫切除的患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术,并对手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复及美容效果、并发症等进行总结,同时与常规腹腔镜手术患者30例进行比较。结果 30例手术全部成功,腹部外观无疤痕。手术时间平均60.25±17.18min,术中出血量平均150.18±26.27ml,肛门排气时间1.72±0.56天,与常规腹腔镜手术组进行比较,P>0.05,无显著差异。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术是一种安全可行更加微创的手术方法,尤其对美容非常重视的患者可优先选用,在条件成熟的单位可推广应用。

Clinical application of the umbilical hole laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To evaluate feasibility and clinical value of the umbilical hole laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.Methods 30 patients required hysterectomy in patients with single-hole passing through the umbilical laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy transmission technique,and the operation time,the amount of bleeding,postoperative recovery and cosmetic results and complications were summarized,while the conventional 30 patients with laparoscopic surgery were compared.Results All operations were successful,abdominal appearance without scar.The average operation time was 60.25±17.18 minutes,average blood loss 150.18±26.27ml,anal exhaust time of 1.72±0.56 days,with the conventional laparoscopic surgery were compared(P>0.05),no significant difference.Conclusion The umbilical hole laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is a safe and more minimal invasive surgical methods,in particular,attaches great importance to patients of beauty can be preferred,worthy of promoting to application.
