摘    要:"看病难"的矛盾是近年来的社会热点之一,为解决"看病难",通过多种形式的预约挂号、全方位的自助服务、边诊疗边结算模式和先进的排队叫号系统等多种基于信息技术平台的方式,优化门诊流程,提高门诊患者的就诊效率,增加患者的满意度。

Abstract:The difficulty in medical treatment is one of the hot spots in recent years. Approaches based on the information technology platform have been taken to solve the problem, such as : various forms of appointment registra- tion, a full range of self - service, treatment with settlement patterns and advanced queuing system and other, which work together to optimize patient flow, improve the efficiency of outpatient visits, and enhance patient satisfaction.
