少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将310例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组155例。观察组使用少腹逐瘀汤内服,对照组使用桂枝茯苓丸汤剂内服,两组煎服法相同,连服20天为1疗程,避开经期,连用2个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组155例,治愈85例占54.84%,显效43例占27.74%,有效23例占14.84%,无效4例占2.58%,总有效率为97.42%。对照组155例,治愈29例占18.71%,显效30例占19.35%,有效45例占29.03%,无效51例占32.90%,总有效率为67.10%。治疗后观察组较对照组治愈率、显效率和总有效率有显著差异(P0.01)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic infammatory disease. Methods： 310chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group, each group contained 155patients. The observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, whereas the controlled group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill. Both groups used the same brewing and taking method, 20days for one eourse,the menstrual period was avoided. Therapeutic effectiveness for both groups were observed after serving two courses. Results： Among the 155cases in the observation group, 85 （54. 84% ） cases were cured, 43 （27. 74% ） remarkably im- proved, 23 （14. 84% ） improved, 4 （2. 58% ） invalid, the total efficiency rate was 97.42%. In the controlled group, 29 （18.17%） were cured, 30 （19. 35% ） remarkably improved, 45 （29. 03% ） improved, 51 （32. 90% ） invalid, the total ef- ficiency rate was 67. 10%. The curative rate, significant efficiency rate and total efficiency rate of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the controlled group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction has distinctive curative effect for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
