阴式子宫切除与腹式子宫切除术的临床分析

目的:比较阴式子宫切除与腹式子宫切除两种手术方法的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2007年9月至2009年2月开展阴式子宫切除术64例,随机抽取同期腹式子宫切除术56例,比较两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后体温高峰、术后排气时间及住院时间的差异。结果:阴式组手术时间、术中出血量、术后体温高峰、术后排气时间、住院时间都明显少于腹式组,差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴式子宫切除术对病人创伤小,恢复快及住院时间短等优点,值得推广。

The clinical analysis of abdominal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of abdominal hysterectomy(TAH) and vaginal hysterectomy(TVH).Methods: 120 patients hysterectomized due to gynecologic begign disease were assigned to a abdominal hysterectomy group(TAH,56 patients) and vaginal hysterectomy group(TVH,64 patients).Results: There were significantly difference at the operation time,blood loss,the max of postoperative body temperature,postoperative hospitalization between TAH and TVH(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effects of TVH is better,which is less time,minimal invasion,shorter recovery time and lower cost.It is worthy to be advocated.
