| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预在开胸手术中的应用效果。方法将76开胸手术患者随机分为常规组和干预组各38例。常规组术后采用常规护理措施,干预组在常规组护理基础上实施护理干预。比较2组临床疗效和护理满意度。结果干预组愈合率高于常规组,病死率低于常规组,且护理满意率高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预用于开胸手术可促进患者早期康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in in thoracic operation. Methods 76 cases of patients with thoracic operation were randomly divided into normal group and intervention group with 38 cases in each group. The normal group received routine nursing measures postoperative, while the intervention group received nursing intervention based on the normal group. The efficacy and patients＇ satisfaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The healing rate and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the normal group ; the mortality of the intervention group was lower than that of the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in thoracic operation can promote early rehabilitation of patients. |
