影响32P囊内放疗治疗颅咽管瘤的疗效因素分析

目的　寻找影响颅咽管瘤囊内放疗疗效的因素。方法　回顾性分析 33例疗效不同的囊性颅咽管瘤的临床特点 ,进行临床特征、治疗经过的统计学比较。结果　以Karnofsky评分法可将 33例患者分为疗效差和疗效好两组 ,疗效差组肿瘤容积、治疗次数明显大于疗效好组 ,其余指标无显著差异。结论　肿瘤容积大小是影响疗效的主要临床因素 ,其他可能影响肿瘤疗效的因素有待进一步考察确定

Analysis of the Factors influencing the effect of 32p intracystic Radiotherapy on craniopharyngiomas

Objective To find the clinical factor which influences the prognosis of craniopharyngiomas receiving the intracystic 32 P radiotherapy.Methods The clinical features and the course of therapy of 33 cystic craniopharyngiomas were retrospectively analysed and compared by statistics in order to find their difference.Result All of these 33 patients were divided into the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group based on their Karnosky's scales.Both the volume of the tumor cyst and the times of therapy course in the poor-prognosis group weremore than the ones in the latter group . The other items between these two groups showed no notable difference .Conclusion It is the volume of the tumor cyst that mainly influences the effect of the intracystic 32 P radiotherapy on craniopharyngiomas .Though other items show no marked difference ,which may be attribute to the little quantity of patients, their function is waiting to be further determined .
