| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管生成和血小板源生长因子（PDGF）在胃癌中的表达并评价其临床病理的重要性。方法：采用免疫组化S－P法对10例正常胃粘膜和46例胃癌患者胃粘膜进行PDGF及微血管密度（MVD）检测。结果：胃癌组PDGF阳性表达率为78．3％（36／46）。在正常胃粘膜中无PDGF表达。MVD在PDGF阳性表达组高于阴性表达组。MVD及PDGF表达在淋巴结转移组高于淋巴结无转移组。结论：PDGF是肿瘤生成的正性调节因子，血管生成在胃癌发生、发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the antiogenesis and PDGF expression in the gastric cancer and to evaluate its clinical and pathological significance. Methods: The expression of PDGF and microvessel density were studied by means of S P immunohistochemistry in 10 cases of normal gastric tissue and 46 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results: In the gastric cancer patients, the positive rate of PDGF expression was 78.3%(36/46) and there was no PDGF expression in the normal gastric tissues. The MVD in PDGF positive expression group was higher than the PDGF negative expression group. The PDGD expression and MVD in group with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: PDGF is an angiogenis factor and angiogenesis plays a very important role in the progress of gastric cancer. |
