目的了解男男性接触者艾滋病危险行为状况，为行为干预提供依据。方法收集整理同志酒吧里114例男男性接触者的资料。结果114例男男性接触者中，年龄最小17岁，最大47岁，平均年龄24岁；文化程度以中学（专）为主，绝大部分未婚。22．8％第1次性接触对象为男性，33．3％与同性有稳定的性接触，过去1个月与非固定同性性伴接触次数大部分〈5次，性伴侣中商业性伴占14．0％，一夜情占46．5％；36．0％曾提供过有偿性服务，服务对象为男性占43．9％，为女性占19．5％，两者兼有占36．6％；过去6个月发生同性性接触时，每次均使用安全套仅占31．6％；34．2％男男性接触者曾做过皮肤性病专科检查，71．1％愿意接受免费性病艾滋病检查；怀疑自己得了性病，75．4％首选去政府公立医院，但仍有18．4％自己买药吃，13．2％去私人诊所。结论为防止艾滋病在男男性接触者中流行和二代传播，必须加大力度，通过政府、专业机构和志愿者共同努力，开展有针对性的干预活动。
