| 摘 要： | 测定６６例大肠非粘液性腺癌的ＰＣＮＡ免疫组化染色阳性细胞百分数（ＰＣＮＡＬＩ），并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果显示：在肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、组织学类型、浸润深度以及Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期等方面ＰＣＮＡＬＩ的分布无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而死亡组中ＰＣＮＡＬＩ分布明显高于存活组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；组织分化低组高于分化高组；有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明ＰＣＮＡＬＩ对估计预后和了解肿瘤恶性程度有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibody to PCNA was performed on the sections of 66 colorectal non-mucoid adenocarcinomas.And the association of PCNA labelling index (PCNA LI) with clinical and histopathologic parameters was analyzed.The results showed that there were no differences of PCNA LI distribution in tumor size,location,histologic types and other parameters,but PCNA LI was significantly higher in groups of poor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and nonsurvivor.This indicates that the detection of PCNA LI has some significance to predict the prognosis and understand the biological behavior of colorectal cancer. |
