强心汤治疗胸痹心水68例临床观察

目的 观察强心汤治疗胸痹心水（冠心病心力衰竭）疗效。方法 治疗组68例应用自拟强心汤随症加减治疗，每日1例，水煎服；对照组45例采用西医综合治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率为94．1％，对照组为80．0％，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。2组心率、呼吸困难、心悸、肢体水肿、尿少、早搏、肝脏肿大有效率比较均有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 强心汤治疗胸痹心水疗效确切。

Therapeutic effect of Qiangxin decoction on 68 cases of coronary heart disease cardiac failure

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiangxin decoction on coronary heart disease cardiac failure. Methods Sixty eight cases of treatment group were treated with self creating Qiangxin decoction(add or minus),one dose per day,decocted in water for oral administration;45 cases of control group were treated by complex treatment of western medicine,with a treatment course of two weeks for both groups.Results The total efficiency rate was significantly higher in treatment group (94.1%)compared with that in control group(80.0%,P<0.05),there were significant differences in herat rate, expiratorydyspnea, palpitation, limb dropsy, oliguresis, liver swelling andproiosystole between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease cardiac failure.
