| 摘 要： | 目的 了解长沙地区成年麻鸭携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的情况并探讨PCR用于DHBV检测的可能性。方法 采用常规聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测长沙地区麻鸭血清中的DHBV。结果 共检查62份鸭血清，DHBV阳性15份，阳性率24．19％。结论 长沙地区成年麻鸭自然携带DHBV率为24．19％，提示其对DHBV易感，是较为理想的动物模型；PCR法检测DHBV敏感性较高，重复性好，可用于DHBV的检测。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the natural carrying rate of duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) in adult ducks in Changsha area and find out the possibility of using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method in DHBV detection. Methods Duck HBV in adult ducks' sera was detected by PCR methods. Results Sixty-two sera samples of duck were tested and 15 samples (24.19% ) were positive for duck HBV. Conclusion The natural carrying rate of DHBV in Changsha adult ducks was 24.19% , which indicated that ducks in Changsha area are susceptible to DHBV and they are the idea animal model of HBV infection, and PCR method in detection of DHBV is sensitive, repeatable and practicable. |
