| 摘 要： | 目的：评价《残疾儿童综合功能评定量表》评定者内信度。方法：由专科医生对住院的84名患儿进行间隔7－14天的两次评测。专人对每份表格进行核查验收。结果：两次评定结果相关系数γ=0.997,P＜0．01，量表内各项之间两次检测所有相关系数均P＜0．01，相关具有非常显著性意义。结论：该量表具有高度的评定者内的一致性，信度可靠。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo report the intra-observer agreement study of Comprehensive Function Evaluation for Disabled Children. Methods84 disabled children in-patients were tested twice between 7-14 days by specialist. Every form was checked and accepted.ResultsThere is a significant relation between two evaluation( r=0.997, P<0.01).Conclusions There is a substantial intra-observer agreement and high reliability in Comprehensive Function Evaluation for Disable Children. |
