影响结核性胸膜炎临床预后因素的探讨

目的 探讨影响结核性胸膜炎临床疗效及临床预后的因素。方法对我院2001～2006年收治的206例结核性胸膜炎进行分析。结果结核性胸膜炎临床疗效及临床预后与就诊时间、抗结核治疗、胸水细胞数、胸水蛋白总量、胸穿抽液是否及时、激素应用及胸腔是否注入尿激酶有关，与胸水量、激素应用时间长短无关。结论临床工作中，积极抗结核治疗，积极胸穿抽液，短期使用激素，胸腔注入尿激酶对预后有积极意义。

The factors influencing on the prognosis of tuberculous pleurisy
