| 摘 要： | 目的对患者同时进行呼吸道血清中病原体特异性抗体IgM检测(九联检)与鼻咽部分泌物脱落细胞病毒抗原检测(七联检),对比分析检测结果,探讨临床检测方法的合理应用及价值。方法选取呼吸道感染患者500例为研究对象,同时采用九联检与七联检对其进行检测,并将2种检测结果进行统计分析。结果2种检测方法的阳性符合率依次为腺病毒(30.8%),呼吸道合胞病毒(12.2%),甲型流感病毒(57.7%),乙型流感病毒(60.0%),副流感病毒1、2、3型(23.8%)。检测结果总符合率为36.2%。九联检的检测阳性率明显低于七联检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道九联检与七联检2种检测方法联合应用对提高病原体检出率具有非常重要的临床价值。
