摘 要: | 音乐训练由感觉、运动及认识等多个系统参与,需要连续整合复杂的感知信息并精确有序地执行与乐谱相关的动作指令。通过对接受过专业音乐训练人员进行神经可塑性研究发现,长期、反复、大量的感觉及运动觉训练会对人脑功能及结构产生影响,因此音乐训练对神经可塑性提供了强有力的证据。对音乐训练相关的神经可塑性成像研究进展及音乐训练对神经功能网络及大脑灰、白质精细解剖结构可塑性的影响予以综述。

The research advances in human brain plasticity influenced by music training |

Abstract: | Musical training places enormous demands on sensory, motor and cognitive systems due to continuous integration of complex perceptual inputs with precise motor commands according to musical score. Studies on people who has received professional training in music have shown that long-term, repetitive and extensive sensory and motor training can make a impact on corresponding brain regions at both functional and structural levels, which provide compelling evidence for neuroplasticity. In this article, we summarized the research progress of imaging studies on neuroplasticity related to musical training, and reviewed the impacts of music training on the neuroplasticity of functional networks, and fine anatomical structures of gray and white matter of the brain. |
