高压氧、依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗重型颅脑损伤术后患者64例疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨高压氧与依达拉奉联合神经节苷脂治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者术后神经功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取重型创伤性颅脑损伤患者64例,接受手术后随机分为对照组和实验组各32例。2组均采用高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗,实验组另加用神经节苷脂治疗。比较2组的疗效、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分(GCS)、美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分。结果:实验组的总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05);治疗2、4疗程后,实验组的GCS和MMES评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合依达拉奉及神经节苷脂综合疗法可促进重型颅脑损伤患者术后神经功能及意识恢复。

Abstract:To analyze the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen, Edaravone combined with ganglioside in the treatment of postoperative patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: Sixty-four patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into control group and experimental group after surgery, with 32 cases each. All the cases were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Edaravone, and those in the experimental group were given extra ganglioside. The efficacy, Glasgow coma scale (GCS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and mini-mental state examination(MMSE) scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88% , significantly higher than 87.5% of the control group (P<0.05). After 2 and 4 courses of treatment, the GCS and MMES scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and NIHSS score was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is an effective way to treat postoperative patients with severe craniocerebral injury with hyperbaric oxygen, Edaravone combined with ganglioside, which can promote the recovery of neurological function and consciousness of patients
