摘    要:目的探讨联合检测糖类抗原125(CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、人类抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)在早期诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值。方法选取确诊卵巢癌患者43例为恶性组,良性卵巢肿瘤患者33例为良性组,体检健康女性47例为对照组。用化学发光法检测血清CA125、HE4、β-HCG、AMH水平。并进行统计学分析和诊断性能评价。结果CA125、HE4、AMH3个指标联合检测的受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)为0.95,与CA125、HE4、β-HCG、AMH4个指标联合检测AUC相同,优于传统的CA125、HE4二联检(AUC=0.91)。结论CA125、HE4、AMH联合检测能提高早期卵巢癌的检出率。
