| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清可溶性P选择素(sP-selectin)、可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)在糖尿病肾病(DN)时期的水平变化及意义。方法 61例体检健康者(健康对照组)、62例2型糖尿病(T2DM组)患者及59例糖尿病肾病(DN组)患者,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin水平,同时测定各组空腹血压(BP)、血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素(CysC)水平。结果 T2DM组及DN组患者血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin水平高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DN组sP-selectin高于T2DM组(P<0.01);血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin与HOMA-IR、FPG、FINS、UA、BUN、Cr、CysC成明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 sP-selectin、sE-selectin与HOMA-IR高度相关,提示sP-selectin、sE-selectin可能通过胰岛素抵抗促进T2DM的发生。sP-selectin、sE-selectin是DN发生的危险因素。
