| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用电化学治疗砷致皮肤癌的临床疗效.方法在中、重度砷中毒病人中选择62例患者进行活检,病理检查确诊为砷性皮肤癌15例(24.2%).其中Bowen＇s病12例,鳞状细胞癌2例,基底细胞癌1例.均采用电化学治疗的方式,治疗后1年评价疗效.结果CR14例,PR1例,近期缓解率为100%,2年疗效为93.3%.结论对地方燃煤砷致皮肤癌的电化学治疗,方法简便,安全且费用较低,2年疗效高,对砷污染地区有使用和研究价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of electrochemical therapy on arsenicum-induced skin cancer.Methods The biopsy of skin was performed in 62 cases of 226 patients with chronic arsenide poisoning, of whom 15 skin cancers were confirmed pathologically and treated with electrochemical therapy.Results 14 cases were of complete remission, 1 case of partial remission.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The electrochemical therapy is a safe, convenient,and economical method in treating of arsenicum-induced skin cancer. |
