| 摘 要： | 建立一套满足我国医疗救助工作需要并具有可操作性的指标体系，是实现政府对城乡医疗救助制度运行的调控和科学管理的关键。根据城乡医疗救助实施的具体特点，分别建立了城市和农村医疗救助统计指标，为规范我国医疗救助工作的开展提供了有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | To control and scientifically manage the operation of the urban and rural medical assistance system for the government, it is the key to establish a series of practical index system that can meet the needs of China＇s medical assistance. It establishes two sets of statistical indexes based on the specific characteristics of the implement of medical assistance in the urban and rural areas, and gives us a good reference to standardize the implement of the urban and rural medical assistance. |
