家兔股静脉血栓和股动脉血栓的定位诊断

摘    要:为研究99m锝标记的D 二聚体 (D dimer,DD)单抗在静脉血栓和动脉血栓靶向定位诊断中的应用 ,采用外科手术的方法复制家兔股静脉和股动脉血栓模型 ,将99m锝标记的抗DD单抗注入动物血管内 ,以放射免疫显像检测技术观察放射性核素在血流和血栓部位的分布。结果 :血栓形成术后 2d ,血栓处放射性99m锝的分布较健侧和正常兔明显增多 ,而单纯钳夹血管未能引起局部放射性物质的堆积。注射99m锝标记的单抗后 ,动物无明显不良反应 ,主要器官无明显病理学改变。研究结果提示 :99m锝标记抗DD单抗可对实验性股静脉血栓和股动脉血栓作出快速、准确的定位诊断

Abstract:The aim was to evaluate the precious localization of femoral venous and arterious thrombus targeted by 99mTc monoclonal antibody. Antibody labeled with 99mTc-anti-D-dimer was administrated into femoral vein and artery of the rabbits that were subjected to the thrombotic operation. Using radioimmunoimaging technique, the distribution, blood flow and radio-specificity of 99mTc-anti-D-dimer within thrombus were analyzed both in intact and thrombolized animals. Results: 99mTc-anti-D-dimer was specifically concentrated in thrombus, not in clamp and normal side. In addition, no abnormal reaction resulted from the injection of 99mTc-anti-D-dimer and no pathologic changes in main organs were found. Conclusion: the 99mTc-labeled anti-D-dimer antibody will be one of potentially tools for experimental thrombus diagnosis.
