| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对D4S2364基因座在山西汉族人群中的研究，获得此STR基因座的群体遗传数据，对其法医学意义进行探讨。方法：应用PCR扩增技术，非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，对D4S2364基因座进行分型。结果：120例个体中D4S2364共检出5个等位基因，11种基因型，基因型频率分布符合Hardy—Weinberg平衡。此STR基因座在中国山西汉族人群中的非父排除率为0．362，个人识别率为0．804。结论：D4S2364基因座在法医学及人类遗传学方面有较高的应用价值：

| Abstract: | Objective： To obtain the population genetic data of the STR locus and discuss the significance of forensic medicine by investigating the D4S2364 locus in Shanxi Han population. Methods： The D4S2364 locus was classificated by PCR amplification technique and non denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results： Five alleles and eleven kinds of genotypes were detected from IMS2364 locus of 120 individual cases and the genotypic frequency distribution coincided with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The power of exclusion （PE） was 0.362 and the power of discrimination （PD） was 0. 804 of the STR locus in Shanxi Han population. Conclusion ：The D4S2364 locus has high practical value in forensic medicine and human genetics research. |
