单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定关系的临床分析

目的分析血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达量与冠状动脉不稳定斑块的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附方法分别检测我院自2009年4月至2010年5月期间收治的急性心肌梗死患者(甲组)与稳定型心绞痛患者(乙组)患者的血清MCP-1表达水平。结果在治疗前,甲组24例患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1水平为(21.5±2.4)ng/L,乙组为(15.4±2.2)ng/L,甲组明显高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;甲组患者发病后为(17.2±2.2)ng/L,比发病前(21.5±2.4)ng/L明显下降(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清中MCP-1表达水平显著上升,是体现斑块不稳定性的主要指标之一。

Objective To analyze the list of blood cells chemoattractant protein -1 （MCP-1） expression and the relevance of coronary plaque instability. Methods ELISA were detected in our hospital from April 2009 -May 2010 period were treated with acute myocardial infarction patients （ Group A） patients with stable angina （ Group B） patients with serum MCP-1 expression levels. Results Before treatment, 24 patients Group A monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 level of （21.5 ± 2. 4） ng/L, B is （ 15.4 ± 2. 2） ng/L, significantly higher than Group B, significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with statistical significance; Group A patients after the onset of （ 17.2 ±2. 2） rig/L, than before the onset of （21.5 ± 2. 4） ng/L significantly decreased （ P 〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction in patients with serum levels of MCP-1 expression increased significantly, reflect plaque instability is the main indicators.
