| 摘 要： | 目的研究护理感控员在重症医学科院内感染管理中的作用,以减低院内感染发生率。方法根据重症医学科院内感染的特点和危险因素,感控员认真完善感控管理制度,着力落实感控措施,细致开展院内感染管理工作。结果重症医学科通过有效的感控管理,从各环节减少了医院院内感染的发生。与之前进行卡方对比统计,有统计学意义(P<0.05),体现了护理感控员在控制医院院内感染管理中能起到关键作用。结论通过找出相关的危险因素,严格管理并建立健全感控管理制度,更好地落实感控措施,能有效降低感染率,提高医疗护理质量,缩短患者的治疗时间。
