全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合阑尾切口的对比分析

目的 比较60例阑尾切除术全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合切口的疗效.方法 将2008年4月至2011年3月我院的60例患儿分为两组,其中全层抽线缝合30例,传统分层缝合30例,比较两组患者的疗效.结果 单纯性阑尾炎中,全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),两组手术时间、术后住院时间<7 d的例数等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在化脓性和(或)坏疽性阑尾炎中,全层抽线缝合组在手术时间短于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),全层抽线缝合组术后住院时间<7 d的例数多于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05).结论 全层抽线缝合是一种安全、有效、快捷、切口小、创伤小、操作简便的方法,可降低术后感染及窦道形成的发生率.

Comparative analysis about full-thickness line pumping suture and traditional layered suture of appendectomy incision
