睑板腺按摩防治频发睑板腺囊肿分析

目的 观察分析睑板腺按摩防治频发睑板囊肿的疗效.方法 回顾分析21例病人在经睑板腺按摩治疗前后睑板腺囊肿的再发情况的临床资料.结果 睑板腺按摩后失访4例,余者随访时间5～29月,平均11个月,14例无复发；3例再发睑板腺囊肿,治愈后继续睑板腺按摩4～6次,继续随访12月未见复发.结论 睑板腺按摩是防治频发睑板腺囊肿的有效方法.

The preventable efficacy of tarsal massage in recurrent chalazion

Objective To evaluate the preventable efficacy of tarsal massage in recurrent chalazion.Methods A prospective study was done involving 21 patients with previous recurrent chalazion who received tarsal massage,and the former treatment,the recurrent state of chalazion was investigated.Results Seventeen patients were collected in our study after tarsal massage,and they had been observed for 5～29 months which averaged 11 months.Among them,14 patients were not affected by recurrent chalazion,and 3 patients suffered from recurrent chalazion once again within the next 7months.Tarsal massage was continued on the 3 patients after the cure of chalazion and they were proved not susceptible to recurrent chalazion in the following 12 months.Conclusions Tarsal massage appears to be a simple and efficacious option for preventability from recurrent chalazion.
