灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准的原因分析及对策

目的探讨灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准原因。方法将2009年5月至6月随机调查手术室每天所需要的各种无菌包,开包使用前检查是否达到"灭菌条件",包内化学指示卡变色的情况,作为对照组。2009年7月至8月,采取有效改进措施后,每天抽查手术室相同的压力蒸汽灭菌包中化学指示卡变色情况作为控制组。结果采取措施前有42个灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准,采取措施后只有4个灭菌包内化学指示卡变色不标准。结论 3m压力蒸汽灭菌包由化学指示卡变色不标准因素,受蒸汽灭菌过程中蒸汽的冷凝水的影响,要使化学指示卡变为标准黑色,必须要正确使用化学指示卡,规范物品包装,正确使用消毒器,才能保证灭菌质量。
