| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨3种腰椎间盘微创治疗的方法及疗效。方法 对53例腰椎间盘突出症采用胶原酶注射、经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)、经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术(PLD)等不同治疗方法，观察其疗效。结果 术后3～12月随访，总优良率91％。结论 根据各自的适应症及个体化因素选择治疗方法，疗效肯定，且微创治疗安全、不破坏脊柱的稳定、痛苦小，住院时间短，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the 3 methods and effects of lumbar dics herniation with micro-operation. Methods 53 cases lumber disc herniatio treat method adopts the collagen enzyme, PLDD, PLD, observe the curative effect. Results Follow time 3~12 months after operation, total excellent rate is 91%. Conclusion Choose the treatment method according to one's own indication and individual factor in conclusion, curative effect definite, and is a little created and treated safely, stability, agony not destroying the backbone are little, hospital stays are short, worth popularizing . |
