经腹与经会阴两种超声途径比较诊断前置胎盘及其并发症

目的 研究经腹与经会阴两种超声检查途径对诊断晚期妊娠前置胎盘的诊断准确性.并探讨其并发症的声像学特征.方法 收集我院经腹部及经会阴超声诊断并分娩证实为前置胎盘的患者89例.对比分析两种方法的特点.结果 经腹部超声诊断中央性前置胎盘、边缘性前置胎盘、低置胎盘分别为24例、30例、34例:经会阴诊断分别为28例、28例、31例.经会阴超声检查联合腹部超声检查.在晚期妊娠中对前置胎盘的诊断优于单项途径超声检查.结论 经腹部超声联合会阴超声诊断晚期妊娠前置胎盘具有安全、方便、诊断明确的优点.描述胎盘厚度、胎盘内暗区是出血多的征兆.对临床及时诊治具有一定的指导意义.

Transabdominal vs transperineal ultrasonography in placenta previa and its complications

Objective To investigate the difference between transabdominal and transperineal ultrasonography (TAUS, TPUS) in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy and to summarize their characters in ultrasound. Methods 89 patients with placenta previa were studied. Their results of TAUS and TPUS were summarized, compared and analysed. Results Combination of TPUS and TAUS was superior to one of them in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy. Conclusions TPUS and TAUS are safe, convenient and definite in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy. The report of thickness and blood lake in placenta is character of severe bleeding. TPUS and TAUS has priority to demonstrate more information in details which has the definite guiding signigicance for clinical diagnosis and treatment timely.
