自编心理应激问卷作为军人心理应激水平评估工具的研究

目的：探讨青年士年心理应激因素。方法：以自编军人心理应激问卷对662名士兵作调查，并检验问卷各因子与SDS（自评抑郁量表）和SAS（自评焦虑量表）间的相关性。结果：诱发士兵心理应激的因素依次是人际关系、期望值受挫、心理社会冲突、家庭个人问题和军事训练；家庭背景（独生子女／非独生子女）、军龄与上述因素有交互作用；军人心理应激问卷各因子得分与SDS、SAS具有显著相关性（P＜0．01）。结论：自编心理应激问卷可作为军人心理应激水平的评估工具；今后应加强士兵心理学干预，从上述各方面着手，提高其心理承受能力。

Study of mental stressor of youth soldiers by self-developed questionnare

Objective To study the mental stressor of youth soldiers. Methods 662 cases were studied by self developed 60 item military mental stress quenstionnaire, and the relationship of the factors score with SDS(self rating depression scale) and SAS (self rating anxiety scale) were testified respectively. Results The mental stressors of youth soldiers were interpersonal relationship, expectation thwarted, psychosocial conflict, family problem and military training. These factors have interaction effect with the family background (single child/non single child) and the duration of military service. All scores of the factors were highly correlated with SAS and SDS. Conclusion Self developed military mental stress questionnaire could be used in assessment of soldiers' psychological stress level; mental intervention should be enhanced in those aspects to increase the psychological endurance of youth soldiers.
