经口气管插管固定器固定胃管在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果

目的探讨经口气管插管固定器固定胃管在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月医院急诊科收治的41例中毒洗胃患者作为对照组,另选择2019年3月至2020年3月医院急诊科收治的41例中毒洗胃患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规手持牙垫固定胃管,观察组采用经口气管插管固定器固定胃管,比较两组置入胃管时间、洗胃时间及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组置入胃管时间、洗胃时间分别为(2.58±0.20)、(17.95±2.08)min,均短于对照组的(4.12±0.24)、(23.19±2.57)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经口气管插管固定器固定胃管在急诊中毒洗胃患者中的应用效果显著,能够缩短置入胃管时间及洗胃时间,降低不良事件发生风险。

Application Effect of Fixing Gastric Tube by Orotracheal Intubation Fixator During the Emergency Treatment with Poisoned Patients by Gastric Lavage

Objective The application effect of fixing gastric tube by orotracheal intubation fixator during the emergency treatment with poisoned patients by gastric lavage was explored.Methods A total of 41 patients with acute poisoning admitted in the hospital and treated by gastric lavage from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group,and another 41 patients with acute poisoning admitted in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 and treated by gastric lavage were selected as the observation group.The gastric tubes of the control group were fixed by handheld dental pads conventionally,while the gastric tubes of the observation group were fixed by orotracheal intubation fixators.The time of gastric tube insertion and gastric lavage and adverse events occurred were compared between the two groups.Results The gastric tube insertion time which was(2.58±0.20)min and gastric lavage time which was(17.95±2.08)min in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group,which were(4.12±0.24)min and(23.19±2.57)min,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than that in the control group with 21.95%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of orotracheal intubation fixator used for fixing the gastric tube during gastric lavage in emergency poisoned patients was significant.The time of gastric tube insertion and gastric lavage could be shorten and the occurrence risks of adverse events could be reduced.
