| 摘 要： | 直肠癌前切除综合征(ARS)是指直肠癌患者术后出现的肠道与肛门功能障碍,会降低手术治疗效果和患者的生命质量.该病主要与盆底神经及肌肉损伤、放射治疗及手术方式等因素有关.该研究对直肠癌ARS的发病原因及治疗进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Anterior resection syndrome(ARS)of rectal cancer is a postoperative intestinal and anal dysfunctions occurred in the patients with rectal cancer,which could reduce the therapeutic effect of operation and the quality of life of patients.The main causes of the disease are pelvic floor nerve and muscle injuries,radiotherapy and surgical methods,etc.The pathogenesis and research progress on clinical treatment with ARS of r ectal cancer were reviewed in this study. |
