摘    要:目的比较早期步行训练与运动再学习循序渐进步行训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的生活活动功能恢复的影响。方法将42例脑卒中患者按入院顺序分为A组21例和B组21例,A组采用运动再学习循序渐进运动方法训练,B组给予早期步行训练,采用功能性步行分级量表、简式Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能及平衡功能评分、改良巴氏指数评定训练效果。结果两组患者训练前各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),训练后两组患者各指标均有改善,但A组较B组改善明显(P0.05)。结论偏瘫患者步行训练宜用运动再学习循序渐进方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of early walking training and gradual walking training by exercise and learning on rehabilitation of life activity function for patients with hemiplegic induced stroke.Method Divide 42 patients with stroke into group A and group B equally according to their hospitalizing order.Patients in group A receive gradual walking training by exercise and learning.Patients in group B receive early walking training.Assess the effect of training by functional walking classification scale,simple Fugl-Meyer lower limb activity function and balance function score and modified barthel index(MBI).Result There is no significant difference between the indexes before training(P〉0.05).The functions after training are all improved compared to the condition before training.The improvement in group A is more obvious than in group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion Gradual walking training by exercise and learning is a better walking training method for patients with hemiplegia.
