| 摘 要： | 目的:分析胰头癌及壶腹周围癌的磁共振胰胆管水成像(MRCP)和MRI征象特征,提高诊断认识水平。方法:对经磁共振检查并由病理证实的57例胰头癌及壶腹周围癌的图像特征进行归纳总结。结果:62.96%的胰头癌、100%的胆总管下段癌磁共振征像有特征性;部分壶腹癌与乳头癌在MRCP及MRI的征象相互交错。结论:常规MRI结合MRCP对胰头癌、壶腹周围癌有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research imaging characteristics of periampullary carcinoma and pancreatic-head carcinoma at MRCP and MRI.Methods: 30 patients with periampullary carcinoma,27 patients pancreatic-head carcinoma performed by MRI and MRCP and approvedby surgery and pathology were analyzed.Results: 62.96% of the cases with pancreatic-head carcinoma and 100% of the cases with carcinoma of distal bile duct showed typical characteristics on MRCP.It is difficult to distinguish ampullary cancer and papillary carcinoma at MRCP and MRI.Conclusion: Using both MRCP and MRI can increase the diagnosis accuracy of periampullary carcinoma and pancreatic-head carcinoma. |
