微波提取徐长卿中丹皮酚的工艺研究

摘    要:目的考察微波提取徐长卿中丹皮酚的影响因素,设计微波提取的最佳工艺。方法设计L9(3^4)正交实验,安排辐射温度、辐射时间、乙醇浓度、溶媒倍数4个因素考察,以HPLC法检测。结果丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为提取温度70℃、提取时间4min、乙醇浓度40%和料液比1:40。结论用本实验方法提取丹皮酚,效率高,时间短,是提取丹皮酚的好方法。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the process conditions for extraction technology of the Paeonol from Cynanchumpaniculatum (Bge.)kitag with microwave. Methods The orthogonal design of four factors and three levels were used to elect the optimum extraction method. The four factors were extraction temperature, extraction time , alc-ohol concentration and solvent times. The contents of Paeonol was determined by HPLC. Results The optimal process conditions for Paeonol were as follows : 70% as extraction temperature, 4 rain as extraction time, 40% as alcohol concentration and 1: 40 as solvent times. Conclusions This Method is highly efficient and soon for extraetion of the Paeonol from C ynanc humpaniculatum(Bge. )kitag
