广西南宁市男男性行为者艾滋病（性病）相关知识及求医行为

目的了解南宁市男男性接触者（MSM）的艾滋病（性病）知识及性病求医行方面的态度及需求，以促进南宁市MSM艾滋病、性病防治工作。方法采取随机抽样的方式在MSM活动场所进行调查，问卷采取匿名的方式。结果300名被调查对象性病相关知识知晓程度较低。“疥疮经皮肤接触传播。同床共枕、相互握手和患者用过的手套、衣服或被褥都可传染。”一题正确率为41．33％；在性病就诊方面，47．67％选择综合医院的相关科室，68．33％认为诊室就诊空间应该是宽松的，72．67％认为就诊时与医生最好是面对面坐，67．33％认为100元的性病治疗减免费用对主动治疗有吸引力。结论MSM人群性病知识较为缺乏，应加强这方面的宣传，同时根据MSM在性病就医行为意愿和需求改善就医环境及方式

Investigation on AIDS and STD Knowledge and Health Care-seeking Behavior among MSM group in Nanning City of Guangxi

Objective] To understand the attitude and requirements of Men who have sex with men （MSM） towards AIDS and STD knowledge and health care-seeking behavior in Nanning City, so as to promote the prevention of AIDS and STD among MSM in Nanning. Methods ] Random sampling and anonymous questionnaire survey were adopted to perform investigation in MSM venues. Resuits] A total of 300 MSM were investigated. The level of AIDS and STD knowledge was low. Only 41.33% of them answered correctly on ＂Scabies can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact, bed sharing, handshaking and gloves, clothing or bedding patients used＂. In terms of STD treatment, 47.67% of them selected the STD clinics in general hospital; 68.33% of them thought consulting room should be wide ; 72.67% of them preferred to having a face-to-face interview with doctor; 67.33% of them believed that charge waiver on STD treatment （100RMB） was effective promote on active treatment. Conclusion] STD knowledge among MSM is low, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and improve medical environment and ways according to MSM wishes and needs of STD care-seeking behavior.
