| 摘 要： | 目的观察前列腺增生贴治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法将160例良性前列腺增生症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组用前列腺增生贴治疗,对照组组予前列通片;两组均连续治疗1个月,观察临床疗效及治疗后国际前列腺症状评分（I-PSS）变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.75%、76.25%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗后I-PSS评分均显著降低（P〈0.01）;组间治疗后及两组治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论前列腺增生贴治疗良性前列腺增生症具有较好的临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性。
